Refunds

Overview

Plenara sells digital downloadable products (PDF planners, templates). Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, consistent with industry standards and legal requirements for digital goods.

What This Means

Once you have access to or download your digital planner PDF, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges because:

  • Digital products cannot be “unsold” or resold once distributed
  • You have immediate, permanent access to the full product
  • There is no way to verify the product wasn’t used or copied

Refund-Eligible Scenarios (Rare)

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Product was never downloaded or accessed within 7 days of purchase
  • There was a technical delivery error (you didn’t receive the email link, corrupted file)
  • There was a payment processing error (duplicate charge, unauthorized payment)

Refund window: Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All Plenara PDF planners (digital versions)
  • All bundles or multi-packs of digital products
  • Gift purchases (once accessed)
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@plenara.co within 7 days of purchase with your order number
  2. Specify your reason (technical issue, duplicate charge, etc.)
  3. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing time varies by bank/card issuer (typically 5-14 business days)
  • We are not responsible for delays in your bank posting the refund

No Returns or Exchanges

Since our products are digital, there is no return or exchange process. However:

  • If you have technical issues opening the PDF (file corruption, compatibility problems), email us and we will resend the file
  • If you need a different version (e.g., portrait instead of landscape), we can resend the alternate format at no cost

Sale Items

Sale or promotional pricing items are final sale and non-refundable.

Gift Purchases

If a planner was purchased as a gift:

  • The recipient cannot request a refund after accessing the file
  • The gift giver can request a refund within 7 days only if the recipient never accessed/downloaded the product

International Customers (US, UK, etc.)

We comply with digital product laws in your region:

  • US (state laws): Digital content is generally non-refundable once delivered/accessed
  • UK/EU: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind, but this does not apply to digital content once you’ve started download/access
  • India: Digital products follow e-commerce guidelines; no refund once delivery initiated

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Either the product qualifies for a full refund (within 7 days, never accessed) or it doesn’t.
